In a world where the echoes of trauma linger and the journey to healing can feel daunting, I stand as your ally and guide, dedicated to illuminating the path towards insight building, healing and empowerment. In a Therapy Practice with me

The foundation of good therapy starts with trust, comfort and knowing that you can be as vulnerable as you'd like without fear of facing any kind of bias or judgment. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions freely. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, or seeking support for sexual health, I offer understanding, acceptance, and respect.

While we cannot erase the past, my approach is rooted in empowering you to change the relationship you hold with your past and the burdens you carry, as a result.

I veer away from diagnosing, as I believe in avoiding restrictive labels. Instead, I prioritize understanding and processing the unique contexts of each individual, delving into underlying emotional pain points that manifest in various aspects of their lives.

My lens is trauma-informed, queer affirming, neurodiversity affirming and feminist.  I follow an integrated approach that draws influence from Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy, Inner child healing and Mindfulness.

Championing Inclusivity and Self-Exploration

As an advocate for inclusivity and acceptance, I provide a safe space for individuals and couples from all walks of life. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating relationships, or seeking support for sexual health and intimacy, our journey of self-exploration embraces the full spectrum of human experiences.

Professional Journey

My journey into the realm of psychology began with a foundation laid at Durham University, where I earned a distinguished BSc in Psychology with honors. This academic pursuit ignited a passion for understanding the intricate workings of the human mind, leading me to pursue dual master's degrees in Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology. At the University of Bristol, I delved deep into the neurodevelopmental complexities and therapeutic approaches that shape our understanding of cognition and emotional well-being.

Transitioning from academia to clinical practice, I honed my skills at esteemed institutions such as Max Hospital, Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon and PSRI Hospital in Delhi. Now, with over 7 years of experience as a Counseling Psychologist, I remain dedicated to guiding individuals towards self-discovery and healing. My commitment to excellence in mental health care is grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and a deep respect for the unique journeys of each individual.
