Service Description

This workshop targets stressors from different areas of life and how they have a ripple effect on one's psyche. The idea is to avoid burnout and uphold all facets of life including work, finances, interpersonal relationships (friends, family, colleagues and everyday interactions) and intrapersonal struggles i.e. conflicts and struggles that one has with themselves. The aim here is to enrich all individuals with healthy coping mechanisms to move forward in life with an understanding of why they feel or think a certain way and how to best cope with it. Leave this session with inspiration and the power to live your best life.
